Same metro, different neighbourhoods
Phoenix is the city; Scottsdale is a separate city on its eastern side and part of the same metro. From Sky Harbor, most Scottsdale addresses are a short drive — closer than many places inside Phoenix itself.
So a Phoenix search and a Scottsdale search usually cover the same trip. The question is which side of the metro suits the days you have planned.
Why group houses concentrate here
Scottsdale has the density of golf, pickleball, hiking and restaurants that a group trip runs on, plus the residential streets where large homes with private pools actually exist. Old Town gives the group somewhere to go without a long drive back.
Two houses, one metro
Trailstead has two Scottsdale homes. A party too large for one can take both and still gather in a single backyard — each house is reserved on its own booking page.
